    Skill Tree Changes



    Archery



    -Charged Bolt: Damage to stunned targets increased by 36%.
    -New effect for Charged Bolt: If the target is in the air when Charged Bolt hits them, they will be thrown back and stunned. Does not apply to people on Gliders and the such.
    -Snare: The effect where the target's damage is decreased by 20% for 3 seconds is removed. This is replaced by an effect where the target's Evasion Rate, Parry Rate, and Block Rate is decreased by 6%. I assume that this is for 3 seconds as well.
    -Snipe has a new effect: If the target is Asleep when hit by Snipe, they will be knocked down.
    -Endless Arrows now does 33% more damage to Poisoned targets.

    Battlerage



    -Deflect and Retaliate Passive: Cooldown increased to 12 seconds.
    -Deflect and Retaliate now can be triggered by Ranged Attacks as well.
    -Behind Enemy Lines: Minimum range increased to 8m.

    Defense



    -Maximum Mettle Stacks increased to 5,000.
    -Mettle is now gained 5x slower when being damaged.
    -Shield Edge Passive cooldown is reduced to 12 seconds.
    -Toughen has been fully reworked:
    Length is reduced to 20 seconds.
    Cooldown is now 1 minute.
    The skill now increases your self-healing to 120 Health per second.
    Upon activation, Mettle will be gained 5x faster when being damaged (So old mode).
    -Revitalizing Cheer now heals for 60% of the mettle.
    -The chance to proc Supplemental Block passive has been decreased by 15%.

    Witchcraft



    -Augment Witchcraft (9th Passive) no longer allows you to instantly cast Mud Hand, and no longer decreases the cast time of Insidious Whisper by 0.5 seconds.
    -Illusion’s Favor passive (2nd Passive) now reduces the cast time of Mud Hand and Insidious Whisper by 0.5 seconds.
    -The length of the fear from Insidious Whisper is extended by 2 seconds.

    Songcraft



    -Zeal now only lasts for 6 seconds, and the triggered cooldown has been reduced to 12 seconds.
    -Damage on Dissonance has been increased. The combo effect that triggers if the target is Charmed has been removed.
    -Startling Strain has a new combo effect: If the target is under effect from Dissonance, the Dissonance effect will be extended by 50% when they are hit by Startling Strain.
    -Every song skill reduces the caster’s aggro by 10%.

    Vitalism



    -Quick Recovery passive (2nd) triggered cooldown has been reduced to 12 seconds.
    -Antithesis has been changed up a little. Base heal has been increased, but amount of heal bonus from your Spirit has been reduced. If your target is under effect from Resurgence, Antithesis now restores 30% more health than before.
    -The mana cost of Infuse has been reduced. Infuse now cannot be cast on you or an ally if the target is under its effect at the time of the cast.
    -Renewal has been reworked: When a target is hit, there is a 25% chance Renewal will proc. The Renewal buff will now disappear if it is proc’ed.
    -Fervent Healing cooldown has been reduced to 10 seconds. Mana cost and the cooldown of Fervent Healing is increased for every heart you cast.

    Sorcery



    -Frigid Tracks now have a wider trail by 1m, and thus it is easier for people to get frozen in them. The length of Frigid Tracks is reduced to 9 seconds.
    -If a player gets stuck in Frigid Tracks, knocking them down (i.e via Overwhelm) will Deep Freeze them.
    -Deep Freeze duration lowered from 30 seconds to 20 seconds.
    -Meteor trip duration reduced to 0.5 seconds. Meteor now pushes back the target first, then trips them.

    Auramancy



    -Attack speed granted by a stack of Inspire is lowered by 5% for each stack.
    -Comet's Boon no longer has the combo effect to remove inspire stacks. Damage has been increased.
    -Health Lift won't overwrite the Defense Refreshment anymore. Helpful when people have higher Health Lift value because of Warrior's Medal instrument.
    -Leech has been reworked:
    Now will always steal a beneficial effect from your target.
    Sleep time reduced to 6 seconds (3 in PvP)
    When used on a slowed target, Leech will last for 2 seconds longer.

    Shadowplay



    -Blood Thirst now only stacks up to 10 stacks.
    -Rapid Strikes no longer generate Blood Thirst stacks.
    -When using Wallop, if you have Blood Thirst stacks, an effect is proc’d. This effect increases the damage from Melee attacks in the Shadowplay tree by 21% for 5 seconds.
    -The damage done by Wallop that depends on the number of Blood Thirst stacks has been increased by 3 times. The first hit now briefly stuns the enemy.
    -Piercing now reduces cooldowns and and increases attack speed by 3% when proc’d by a critical attack.
    -Overwhelm now adds one Blood Thirst stack. The combo effects of Overwhelm have been reworked
    Marked targets are no longer tripped.
    The effect on enervated targets has been removed.
    Marked targets will now be stunned for 1 second longer.
    When using Overwhelm on a marked target, 2 more Blood Thirst stacks will be stacked.
    -Stalker’s Mark now reduces all healing by 35%. Damage done to Marked targets is now 1.6x times.
    -Pin Down now stacks 2-3 Blood Thirst stacks. When used from the back of your target, will proc a bleed effect. Combo effects have been reworked.
    The combo effect that increased damage on Bleeding targets has been removed.
    Will now deal 42% increased damage to targets that are “disarmed.”
    -Freerunner will now also increase attack speed by 5%, and reduce cooldowns by 5% (6% on Rank 2 of Freerunner).
    -Shadowsmite now gains 3x the bonus damage from Bloodthirst, because the maximum bloodthirst was reduced to 1/3rd.
    -Throw Dagger now stacks 1 stack of Blood Thirst for every single person hit. This will be 2 stacks instead of 1 if a target hit is marked.
    -Damage from Toxic Shot and its poison length have been increased.

    Occultism



    -Reprisal passive length reduced to 9 seconds. Triggered cooldown is now 12 seconds.
    -Caster’s Enrichment passive now increases Attack Speed and reduces Cooldown Reduction by 5%.
    -Intensified Harm passive triggered cooldown now reduced to 12 seconds.
    -The stacking of Mana Stars now increases the damage of all Occultism skills by 2% for every stack.
    -Absorb Lifeforce now has a new combo effect: the channel time for it gets lowered by 3% for each stack from Mana Stars.
    -Death’s Beckoning passive new effect: Using Crippling Mire on 2 or more people now grants a stack from Mana Stars.
    -Crippling Mire rework: Now spreads to people near your target, and not near the caster.
